PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The City of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, through its Land Management Department, wished to acquire a strategic reference tool to guide the development of its real estate portfolio, consisting of 11 main buildings at the time.
In addition to carrying out technical audits of the main buildings, the mandate was to inventory the municipal real estate stock, document and analyze the data on space occupancy needs, propose occupancy assumptions and make a final recommendation, all in collaboration with various internal services and the municipality’s general management.
