A crossroads for the agri-food industry and an important hub for consumers, Grand March\u00e9 is a unique and lively public place and a destination of choice thanks to its wide variety of merchants, artisans and producers; its spaces dedicated to food education; its focus on promoting young farmers; and the presence of an incubator for new businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The project was divided into various components: construction work to transform the trade pavilion into a public market (carried out by the City of Quebec) and interior design work for the various tenants (shops and permanent kiosks, small seasonal kiosks, kitchens and dining areas, etc.) carried out under the supervision of the site manager, the Coop\u00e9rative des Horticulteurs de Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_three_fifth  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   avia-builder-el-7  el_after_av_two_fifth  avia-builder-el-last  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Client :<\/strong> Coop\u00e9rative des horticulteurs de Qu\u00e9bec<br \/>\n<strong>Budget scope :<span style=\"color: #0079c0;\"> $3 million<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>The mandate was to support and advise Coop\u00e9rative des Horticulteurs de Qu\u00e9bec management in integrating best practices in monitoring and overseeing the projects of all future tenants in order to meet the deadlines established with the municipality.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Assume all tasks and responsibilities involved in planning leasehold improvements for Grand March\u00e9 under the responsibility of Coop\u00e9rative des Horticulteurs de Qu\u00e9bec<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Plan and supervise the work of all stakeholders (companies renting shops at Grand March\u00e9, architects, engineers, etc.)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Coordinate and control all activities leading to the start of construction of leasehold improvements<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Document project status and send monthly progress reports to the client for each phase<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main challenges:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Project carried out in accelerated mode with
