To optimize space and activities, it wanted to combine the hospital and the Chisasibi CMC. Certain project requirements were clearly stated in the feasibility study in relation to the targeted land (Category 1 according to the JBNQA, under the governance of the Band Council).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class='av-flex-placeholder'><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_three_fifth  flex_column_table_cell av-equal-height-column av-align-top av-zero-column-padding   avia-builder-el-7  el_after_av_two_fifth  avia-builder-el-last  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Client :<\/strong> Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay<br \/>\n<strong>Budget scope :<span style=\"color: #0079c0;\">\u00a0Confidential<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Implementation :<\/strong> June\/July 2020<br \/>\n<strong>Location :<\/strong> Chisasibi, QC.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0079c0;\">TRINORD&#8217;s role<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>This mandate, carried out during the drafting of the feasibility study, was to support the various project partners (CBHSSJB, MSSS, SQI and the Cree community) in reviewing and improving the site analysis for the feasibility study. The proposed approach was collaborative in order to respect the context and achieve greater benefits.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, the mandate was to study the existing site analysis grid and propose improvements; to review criteria related to cultural particularities; to plan, organize, host and facilitate collaborative workshops (qualitative\/quantitative) aimed at establishing the desired weighting; and to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the options considered. Grid improvements were compiled and the methodology and recommendations were drafted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Main challenges and solutions proposed during the integrated design workshops:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creation of a work climate facilitating communication, participation and the alignment of all stakeholders relative to the analysis process.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Completion of the different phases of the process (information, analysis, evaluation) in a multilingual and multicultural context.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
