INDEPENDENT REVIEW OF THE PROJECT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Work to modernize and bring up to standard the Des Quinze Dam in Abitibi-Témiscamingue included consolidation of the dikes, modernization of the spillway, construction of a service building, replacement of the bridge deck and upgrading of the two access points to the road. The dam is one of the most important flow control structures in the upper watershed of the Outaouais River and the Réservoir des Quinze.
