PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Commission scolaire de la Seigneurie-des-Mille-Îles (CSSMI) oversaw the construction of a new elementary school with twenty-four (24) classrooms, a gymnasium and four (4) preschool classrooms. Conseil du Trésor approved a request for funding from Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur (MEES) for the project and asked CSSMI to work with Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) to review the project parameters and support the school board in implementing the project.

The mandate was to carry out a review of the project parameters, support the CSSMI team in integrating best practices in project monitoring and control, and issue a monthly report on project progress and performance.

- Review of project management parameters and development of management tools adapted to the reality of school boards.
